A fantastic example of a Crinoid root system from the Waldron formation Indiana.
The quarry from which these fossils were found has now been infilled with water,which makes this a great investment fossil,as these are sought after both in the uk and america.
This is a very detailed three dimensional peice,the stem attachment point can clearly be seen in the pictures.
Many other fossils can be seen on the matrix including,gastropods,other crinoid stems ect.
A large thick slab of limestone matrix packed with different specimens which would make a fantastic display peice or collectors specimen.
